Hi. I’M Lauren.

Storyteller. Strategist. Mother. Founder. Agitator.

I show up differently in different rooms but I'm always doing some version of the same thing. Deconstructing the stories and systems underneath how people and organizations hold power, and rebuilding the infrastructure that turns vision into story and story into a strategy that creates collective action.

I work with civic leaders, organizers and entrepreneurs, institutions navigating consequence and imagination. I work with high-capacity women who are already in motion but not yet moving from their deepest sources of power.

My tools come from conflict resolution, storytelling, cross-sector strategy, political and movement work, and from two decades of sitting inside the corporate, agency, non-profit, institutional, political, and organizing rooms where the decisions get made.

The work is intentional. It is intense. It is designed to move you, and through you, so you can move all of us.
